Bright golden color with light greenish tones. In the nose, there is an interesting complexity of intense aromas of sweet fruits such as banana, pineapple or green apple, all accompanied by herbaceous notes, thyme and subtle touches of rosemary.

In the mouth it begins with a soft entrance and an elegant structure that provides the wine a long evolution, nuanced with balsamic notes, silky and a persistent finish.

  • Harvest: manual boxes of 15kg

  • Maceration: 20-24 hours in cold 4-6º C
  • Alcoholic fermentation: 12 to 18 days at 16 degrees C maximum
  • Aged in stainless steel tank: with fine lees 6 months
  • Clarification: yes
  • Cold stabilization: -5º C (8 days)
  • Filtration amicrobially: plates of 4 microns and microfiltration 2, 1, 0.45 micron
  • Resting in the bottle: 6 months before going to market
