VM AdriaCherry red with purple trim, high layer. An intense nose where the red fruit and oak (fresh and toasted thin low) are not hidden or overlap.

The palate is still very fresh, excellent roasted, expressive, where again the fruit and oak appear clearly and flavorful.

Development process

  • Harvest: manual boxes of 20 kg
  • Selection: in the vineyard
  • Age of vines: plus 80 years
  • Maceration: cold 48 hours at 8º C
  • Alcoholic fermentation: 6 to 10 days at 28º C maximum
  • Malolactic: 5 to 9 days at 19º C
  • Aged in stainless steel tanks: with lees 2 months
  • Barrel aging: 9 months in French and American oak (medium toast)
  • Clarification: yes
  • Cold stabilization: no
  • Amicrobially filtration: no
  • Rest in the bottle: 6 months before going into the market
