Vega Montán GodelloBright gold-amber color. This wine stands out for its range of fruit flavors of peach, grapefruit, pineapple and green apple. The taste is fresh, citrus blossom, pear and stonefruit character. Gliceric with good structure and harmony.

It shows a strong mineral acid point which enhance its personality.

Proceso de elaboración

  • Harvest: manual, boxes of 20 kg
  • Selection: in the vineyard
  • Age of vines: plus 30 years
  • Maceration: cold 1 to 2 days at 4º to 6º C
  • Alcoholic fermentation: 12 to 18 days at 16º C maximum
  • Aged in stainless steel tank: with fine lees 6 months
  • Aged in foudre (barrels) of 5000 liters of fine French oak: 1 month
  • Clarification: yes
  • Cold stabilization: -5º C (8 days)
  • Filtration amicrobially: plates of 4 microns and microfiltration 2, 1, 0.45 micron
  • Resting in the bottle: 4 months before going to market
