Attractive intense garnet color with cardboard trim. Stubborn and persistent nose where you can appreciate subtle floral notes, raspberry and fragrant touches. In the mouth is a wine Balanced, fresh and easy going but passionate.

Development process

  • Harvest: manual, boxes of 15 kg
  • Selection: in the vineyard
  • Age of vines: plus 50 years
  • Maceration: cold 48 hours at 8º C
  • Alcoholic fermentation: 6 to 10 days at 28º C maximum
  • Malolactic: 5 to 9 days at 19º C
  • Aged in stainless steel tank: with lees 2 months
  • Barrel aging: 90 days in French oak foudre (toasted medium)
  • Clarification: yes
  • Cold stabilization: -5º C (for 7 to 10 days)
  • Filtration amicrobially: plates of 4 microns
  • Resting in the bottle: 3 months before going to market
